  • Where do the raw materials and materials for the products come from?

    The paper used in our products is recycled paper or at least cradle2cradle certified and comes from Austria and Italy, here is a more detailed list:

    • Nautilus Classic and SuperWhite 100% recycled paper from Austria, cradle2cradle certified
    • Colour Style Recycling, 100% recycled paper from Austria, Blue Angel certified
    • various Favini paper grades, innovative upcycling paper with food scraps, wool scraps, leather scraps and recycled content from Italy with EKO Energy Label and the Eco Vadis Gold Pin 2024:
    • Fedrigoni Woodstock, 80% recycled paper from Italy

  • Where are the products produced?

    Almost all of our products are made in the EU. Our "in love with paper" collection is produced in the Vienna area. Our book of friendship and our notebook "Nola" are produced in Prague.

  • What's the difference between postcard and greeting card?

    A postcard is a single, unfolded piece of card designed for brief messages and are sent without an envelope. A greeting card, on the other hand, is a folded card, often used for special occasions like birthdays or holidays. It provides more space inside for a personal message and comes with an envelope. While postcards are great for quick updates or travel greetings, greeting cards are more personal and often used for expressing deeper sentiments.

  • Why are products from other brands on the website?

    In the online shop you can not only find products from in love with paper, but also from other manufacturers who do a really good job. Just have a look in the online shop, maybe there's something for you :)

  • Buying and Shipping

  • Where can I buy your products?

    You can pick up the products from in love with paper in many shops in Vienna or simply directly from our online shop. Since April, we have been organising a ‘Pop-up Saturday’ every last Saturday of the month at Klessheimgasse 2, 1080 Vienna, where you can take a look at all our products and take them home with you. You can also visit us at many trade fairs and other events. Just follow us on Instagram inlovewithpaper_ to make sure you don't miss anything.

  • Is the shipping sustainable? How is it sustainable?

    Fortunately, we don't live far from the post office - the parcel is then sent from there by post (climate-neutral shipping).

  • Is the packaging sustainable?

    All our products are shipped in eco-friendly paper packaging. It's important to us not to use any plastic at all.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Yes, we also ship internationally.

  • Can I customise your notebooks with my logo?

    Yes, from a quantity of 50, you can customise your notebooks with your own design. Just give as a call or write an E-Mail to miriam@inlovewithpaper.com, then we can discuss further details
